How do you know if you are of
legal age? In Texas, you have to be 17 to engage in sex, but the obscenity laws prohibit showing / discussing items that are judged to be obscene (and they have a fairly conservative view on what that is) to anyone under 18. So if you are in Texas, typically the legal age is 18 (check your local municipal codes too). Other jurisdictions may have different laws, so it is incumbent upon you to find out. |
